Once you're logged in you can download the client by following these steps:
- Click the 3 dots next to your company name and click manage > protection
- Click on Cyber Protect
- Click on Devices
- Click Add Device, you may also see a pop up for the same option as you currently have no devices in your tenant
- From the Add Devices menu that appears on the right select the correct installer based on your OS and device type i.e. server, workstation etc
- There is a separate SQL installer you should also download if your device is running SQL
- Once this has downloaded, run the installer
- When you reach the end of the installer you'll be prompted to click a link and login with your Acronis login. This will enable you to link the account to your tenant
- Once you have installed this on one device, repeat this process on any other servers/desktops you wish to protect
